Fees
All phone bookings will have an additional $3.50 administration charge applied. There are no other booking fees.
Ticket prices include GST.
Payment
Payment is required at the time of booking.
Refunds
All transactions are final. There will be no refunds given unless the performance is cancelled. No refund will be given for tickets downgraded to a performance or concession type of lesser value.
Exchanges
Any ticket exchanges to be conducted by email with Philo Ticketing a minimum of 48 hours prior to the ticketed performance. An administrative fee of $2.00 per ticket will be charged and seating cannot be guaranteed.
Should a ticket be exchanged to a performance or concession type of higher value, the patron will be liable for the administrative fee plus the difference in price.
Concession Policy
Proof of eligibility of concession must be presented to Philo Ticketing staff upon collection of tickets.
Concessions tickets purchased online may require proof of eligibility of concession to be presented at the door prior to entry to the performance.
Unless otherwise stated, Child concessions are available to patrons aged under 18 years and under. Seniors discounts apply only to holders of ACT Seniors Cards (or other State’s equivalents). Student discounts apply only to full time students.
Family tickets are available online but will be checked for eligibility at the door prior to entry to the performance.
Late Arrival
Latecomers may not be admitted into the theatre until a suitable break in the performance.
Accessible Seating
If you have specific seating needs, please contact Philo Ticketing by email to discuss your seating arrangements. Wheelchair seats cannot be booked online.
Infants
Children up to the age of four may be admitted without a ticket on the condition that they do not occupy a seat.
Lost/Stolen Tickets
Please report lost or stolen tickets to Philo Ticketing as soon as possible. Duplicate tickets will only be issued half an hour prior to the performance from the venue Box Office.
Change of Artist
The right is reserved to vary advertised programmes and to add, withdraw or substitute artists as necessary.
Photography and Recordings
Cameras, audio and video recorders may not be used in the theatre except where expressly authorised. Photography and recording is distracting to performers and other patrons and is generally prohibited under our agreement with the copyright holder.
The right is reserved to broadcast or telecast any event.
Privacy
The only personal information collected during the purchase process is that necessary to fulfill your order (ie. name, address and contact details). This information is only used to fulfill your order and is not retained for marketing purposes or sold or given to any third party.
However, patrons have the option to place their name on the mailing list. Mailing list privacy will be maintained and will only be used for this purpose.
